Online Backup Needed
I learned, too late, of the need for online, off-site backup when my small law office, which had become involved in representation of some survivors of childhood incest, was destroyed by burglary and arson, and my backup data, on a second hard drive on site and disks in a locked fire and explosion proof safe file, as well as our hard copies, as well as all our computers, were lost. There is some data so sensitive that you should not even keep it on your own computers, but only with your backup people, far away, even overnight.

You might want to follow up on this story with a comparison rating of cost, encryption, security as to who can get in and how, etc., for the various off-site backup companies, including but not limited to hose you mentioned, both for small offices like mine and for large "enterprise" users.

Also, there really ought to be a way, if you lose your copies of copyrighted software, you could get that replaced for less than the high retain cost, which includes a large component for the value of the copyright rather than the disks, in hte event either of a localized personal, or widespread, disaster.
