Mike Rowe is his name.
I hate MS almost as much as the next guy, but there is one thing that everyone keeps saying that is incorrect. The kids name is not Mike Rowe Soft. It's Mike Rowe. If he had a domain of mikerowe.com there would not be an issue (as with Mr. Nissan) but he INTENTIONALLY added the SOFT to the name to make it sound like microsoft. That is an infringement of the trade mark. I hope MS loses in court because I think they should be bankrupt and never allowed to release another product again, but I think they are right this time. The kid is trying to use the popularity of the Microsoft name to increase his business (primarily, I think, by the controversy).
