Again, Microsoft not thinking. How about dropping the Lindows thing too?
They could settle with the other Michael at Lindows too. How about comming to an agreement that all advertising and packaging would somehow make it very clear that this was NOT a Microsoft product. That would be very doable. Claiming to own English words just does not make for good public relations.

Well, if you love Linux, it is fun watching Microsoft shoot themselves in the foot!
