Real Issue of IBM VS SCO
From my understanding, SCO was working with IBM developing SCO for x86 (unix) with IBM and the project was nearing completion when IBM dropped SCO project and picked up Linux. SCO shared IP and was more or less dropped at the alter. IBM tactics make Microsoft seem like an angel. Read Big Blue - oh right you can't IBM sued auther and had it removed from distribution.... wink IBM only avoided FTC because AT&T got in the way...
