That seems to be the latest take...
...as SCO seems to have backed away from copyright (hmmm... but the SCO page on the suit is still stuck on copyright, but who's looking for consistency out of Darl?) It remains to be seen how anything IBM revealed could still have been a trade secret after SCO released it to the public.

Maybe that's what the secret is!
