SCO has no problem hiding UC Berkeley (BSD) Copyright notices
in 2003, SCO presented some evidence of the code in question in Australia. The problem here was that they obscured the BSD Copright notice in the header of the file. Yet another problem was that the guy who rote the actual code happened to be in the audience at the time. Said author, seeing his code with the BSD Copyright being obscured in the presentation, posted a review of said presentation.

SCO has no respect for other peoples Copyright, yet they expect people to respect their claimes without any substantiating evidence? Perhaps that is where P. T. Barnum should be applied!
