This simply is not true. Company policy, no smoking on on company grounds as a condition of employment. (Even if you have some gawd given right to smoke.) Wanna bet that it's enforcable even though it infringes on your "rights"?

How about companies that say you can't smoke at all regardless of where you are? Guess what, that to has been found to be enforcable even though it violates these so called rights.
