Not really, it may work in their favor.
You have to consider that a large percentage of businesses have not moved off of Win2000. The likelyhood of them juming to Vista right off the bat is very low simply because it is new.

With the add-ins from Vista and a matureing OS like XP they can make the move (pay MS) and solve the no longer supported Win200 problem. In other words MS gave them an upgrade path without requing business to take on a brand new and untested OS.
