- Cost-cutting drives outsourcing growth

I just don't think these companies understand it. Outsourcing may cut their expenses but in return they do not get as good of service. Let me go into broken record mode for a second and reiterate what I've said previoulsy on this.
The techies working for an outsourcing company will not provide the same level of service as they would a direct hire for the company. They are not working for the compandy directly so there is no incentive for them to try or give 2 poops about the company, the blame will be put on the outsourcing company that has the contract.
