Compelling arguments
As usual GROKLAW provides compelling arguments. It's going to be interesting to see what IBM makes of this and what the judge will do if SCO is judged to be in defiance of the court order. I have a feeling this case will be over soon. The only problem I see is that if the judge does not come down on SCO for not providinfg the source code in linux SCO might drop this case and start copyright infringment cases against linux distrubutions. It will never win cases like that but it will hold the comunity over a barrel for a longer period of time. I hope the judge will throw this case out of court wich would make way for IBM to look for damages and get SCO in court for fraudulent behaviour.
