SCO defied court order
SCO's legal attack on Linux is faltering.

The court ordered SCO to answer IBM's questions, including a question about copyrights, and SCO, after it objected to including copyrights and the judge insisted, promised to comply.

On 1/13/04, after the deadline, SCO's spokesman, Bruce Stowell, said that materials SCO submitted did not include information about copyrights.

SCO defied court's order by ignoring the requirement to specify what copyrights it owned in Linux. I predict that, after this, it will have a hard time filing copyright infringement claims against anyone.
