Communication Protocals Is
the most vilifying aspect of Microsofts anti-trust settlements. While relationships between a technology such as Netscape navigator remains in a given class of technology - many ' effects present themselves, with have nothing to do with the same class ,or environment.

'Some stipulation should be found of 'new reference applications of wich while Microsoft as a company could be 'named - the technology of wich was the bearing of the antitrust, cannot be gauged to the same contigously.

It isn't only making of APIs available it is 'how these are applied in wich its source shouldnt be considered a reference as the justice department has defined in collaboration to.

An example of the dependency of the name "Microsoft"and differentiated to a given application, refered to as x application,Microsoft is the fact of a market in wich the price at wich Microsoft offers its operating system being 'fixed.

I mean 'who can compete with 'free''. The example to the idea of the 'piece point, with a protocal, being an API of comunication being dependent of the 'justice departments refering to them,as 'free''. Where the market is concerned with its relationship to make that decision for itself. Notwishstanding a marketing argument 'among markets, with a consumer market having the knowledge to make that decision, conscously, and intelegently.

It may very well be the justice departments collaborations attempt to decide what that consumer market will welcome, within a real asertation and knowledge of them, vrses a variation wich could be included as politically correct only'',without public discussion,or the technical promise they are composed of.Being the guise of the virtuos reference, without the real benifit of participation that includes differences among those competing to use them.

THIS is a curcumstance of true dependency via undescribed monopoly.Wich will probably only be noted. But needing attendance outside of the previous aspect of an monopoly destined litigation. But truly being a market of its own predestined.

The justice department might call it BLT.But it will probably turn to DMCA-BLT. Of wich politically correct will have an absolute character, showing itself devoid of the market of wich stands to gain from its assertion in its own person.
