Much like IBM's antitrust woes, MS will have to gain
the trust and respect of those who hate the company. It's just whether one they can stand to the task and two if others will see and/or allow them to. Some want MS to right its behaviors, some what MS gone completely and that's the balance sought, but MS will have to give a lot to reverse its image if it wants to pull off an IBM and become sought after for its products vs sought after for court litigation.
