I pointed out that (yes I said BALLMERGATES) Microsoft may come under less scrutiny if they would follow the rules and placed an example of what they are doing to draw that scrutiny.

No matter what your opinion of whether the court actions are justified, BALLMERGATES cause themselves more problems by taking half measures in complying with the DOJ orders. Again I say if they will play by the rules their some of these legal problems will go away.
