The Dark Side
One problem with a program like this is the very real
possibility of limiting your employment opportunities. Once
you have viewed Microsoft source code, whether in school,
at your job, etc. then anything you ever write from that time
forward could be challenged by MS has having been
"derived" from their work.

Programmers that view MS source code may find themselves
with a the equivalent of a digital STD that could keep them
from getting a job.
