What
is it about these articles that gauges ideas wich could be more 'self-help,than 'win (of whatever imagination that could consist of),and loose (some kind of relationship 'win does not need to have).

Gainly copyrighted interests who believe the usefulness of communication via file sharing are 'ignorant. Users who believe that their 'fair-use stuff on the end-to-end world map are as well 'ignorant. Persons who wish to communicate using peer-to-peer are ignorant - because they just want to communicate and can only listen to these antagonist plans win-wins makes for everybody but those wich could stand to benifit from a good report of it.

I suppose that generalizing is most of what news stories can do. As I listened to a newsreporter tell that somehow newsreporters today are not as they were, and the contention is to get to the truth of a matter. Configuratively speaking though, that truth remains something less that contigous as a descent report may take of it.

In this example the CNET determination of gain in file sharing is good for the knowledge of what ? That it can actually make a statement as that. So what about it.?

A factual truth that cannot be reported without surrounding the fact with a whole cadra of asembemblable mention .
