India tries exam to boost quality of outsourcing

There are almost no cost savings anymore...: ...even though Venture LLC surveys show Indians make less than 1/4 what US people make. WHY???

Third world countries come with a WHOLE NEW SET OF problems that do lower quality, lessen productivity, and enhance management and salary costs. Shame on the US coprorations for assuming Info Tech is just another commodity and basing their layoffs purely on cost! Its egg in their face now....and now they having to rehire US techies to clean up the mess and larger salaries!
