Tracking mobile workers sans GPS

GPS Vehicle Tracking for the small business owner: Tracking mobile workers continues to be of great interest to businesses large and small. There are a few companies offering services for the larger business but to a lesser extent offering services that are customized for the small fleet owner. One such company I know of is www.trackyourtruck.com which offers 2 min GPS updates for quick tracking. These guys design their software so that even novice pc users can quickly get up to speed.
