If what you mean by that is that Linus is protecting the Linux name from dilution by blurring or tarnishment by unscrupulous anti-Linux folks, such as Linux Insider (anti-Linux website) or Microsoft's 'Linux Lab', then you are correct. The days of anti-linux folks using Linux in their names are numbered and fast coming to an end.

More likely, you are alluding to some more sinister purpose, which, I am quite certain, you are totally without anything to support your usual derogatory comments. Of course, if you have anything to support such allegations then, by all means, share them with us.

Of course you will not do that because, besides the fact you are full of is, as usual, your purpose here is not to provide a coherent counterpoint. Your purpose is to rant and rail, as any street-corner zealot does, against that which you feel threatened by. Your MS world is not safe. Your response is common and predictable. Deride, decry and spew insults against that which threatens your pathetic existence by virtue of its superority. No matter. Your kind has been around since the beginning of recorded history. You, too, will pass.
