I've used Mozilla on quite a few occasions to purchase music from the Microsoft website. Just click the "Shop for Music Online" button and then copy/paste the URI from IE to Mozilla. Everything works great with Mozilla.

In about a month, according to the article, I will be able to goto Windows Update (which DOES require IE) and patch windows so that when I click "Shop for Music Online" it will open the Mozilla browser automatically and I won't have to copy/paste.

There are no subtle's in the article, nor does the Music site require the Microsoft browser.

Pay attention when Microsoft finally does something right. This is a rare occurance. We should all be happy!
