Out of curiosity, how much of the stuff they sold was open source/GPL (the point of my recent article)? I'm betting none of it. Consulting, obviously, wasn't open source, but if they sold software for Linux, my intuition says that it wasn't GPLed. My cursory glance through their software library would seem to back that up.
