Somebodies complained that the advisories were overly
technical for the consumer, maybe not the IT, but the line goes that all they needed to state was the level of the vulnerability on the update page, and provide a link to the bulletin if a person wanted to read the more technical aspects. It could be something more doctor evil, or doctor seuss.
