That they would use our own visa programs as a way to underpay their own people and compete against US workers right here in our back yard. Brilliant, yes. Surprising, no.

You really have to hand it to the Bush administration for resolutely standing aside as American workers get hosed. And don't give me any of that dribble about this starting under Clinton. Clinton hasn't been pres for three years. This is going on under dubya's watch and he's responsible. And he's not doing anything about it because his CEO buddies like the way it's going.
