Sadly, this may be closer to materialize....
At Redmond there are 18,000-20,000 'engineers' working. MS has already opened R/D campuses in China and India.

The next step is hiring 180,000-200,000 chinese engineers which will cost them the same amounts for compensetation AND they would NOT have to deal with all the Visa restrictions here in teh US. They do hire many Chinese and Indians anyway....
