At Redmond there are 18,000-20,000 'engineers' working. MS has already opened R/D campuses in China and India.
The next step is hiring 180,000-200,000 chinese engineers which will cost them the same amounts for compensetation AND they would NOT have to deal with all the Visa restrictions here in teh US.
