what do you expect? think Google!
If you think about it, MS has taken legitimate action against Google for hiring the Ex-exec against the 'non-compete' clause....and yet they are farming for talent 'almost' the same way. Although Walmat and Google are in different sectors, the idea is the same: Have a successful company, keep it going by hiring the best out there...Google is not using the new exec in the same manner as he was being used for by MS, but...MS might have missed his potential when they had him..Google must have found his calling...they offered it to him. All is fair, if you think about it. Of course people are going to go nuts over things like this...see it show up this week. We all have a right to shine, but also a duty to respect thosed who got us in the position where we can make million-dollar career choices.
