Part of the reason that Red Hat has failed to
attract developers is the shabby way they treated
their customer base when they changed their
pricing policy. Novell may have a chance to do
better, but their history as a purely proprietary
company coupled with Apple's failure to comply
with the spirit of their agreement with Konqueror
v Safari will not help them much at all.
