Used Notes Extensively Including DBs -- It Sucks Eggs
We used an outdated admiitedly version of Notes in the corp I worked for. They never could figure out a way to upgrade it.

Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003 are much simpler for SMB. At the corporate level, the temptation to use Notes databases and workflow destroys it. Thge difficulty of creating abd maintaining distribution lists, and the awful lags in entering recipients as the clients grinds away at the server for verification also were major weak points for the version I was familiar with.
