Google is going to pay this dihonest individual and unheard of $10 million dollars (including a 2.5 million signing bonus), but yet he wasn't a key role player for Microsoft?

Who is Google kidding? And why on earth would ANYONE want to hire this guy? Heck, I'll bet if someone were to investigate his accomplishments back in the 80's you'd find all sorts of dishonestly there as well.
