Schedule 6.3 "Change of Control" missing
It's very interesting that SCO failed to post Schedule 6.3 "Change of Control"

Section (c) on page 30-31 nulifies the sale if SCO sells out to certain companies listed on Schedule 6.3. It would be interesting if one of the companies on that list were Caldera. Remember, within 2 years of the sale, SCO had been sold to Caldera.
