Forget details....
Some solid leads would be nice. Instead of the usual 'maybe' or 'might', give something around the area of 'is' or 'does'. Instead of a story that changs with every dip of their stock, hint at something that WILL be in the court hearings... whenever that is.

Even if its something small and not worth mentioning, say it, because the kernel developers do care. And from what everyone is seeing, they care more about it than SCO ever did.

At the VERY least, leave unrequired parties out of it until they are needed!!! For example, the end users. They have NOTHING to do with your case at this time.

No, I stand corrected... at the VERY least, leave it in the courts WHERE IT BELONGS!!! (independent reports who report on the court case are another story).
