never mind more litigation
this has now brought the agreements between SCO and MS and Sun into the realm of discovery. This means we might get to see the finer details and we just might get to see if all the conspiracy theorists were right. If MS coughed up serious money for some vague ip rights it will look very bad for them. Sun can forget about open source support for solaris if they even just look like sponsors of SCO. This might get very interesting.
