Novell has no case...
My rep was telling me today over lunch that an attorney friend of his at Microsoft has looked at the merits of Novell's claim and has said Novell is in deep trouble. My rep then reminded me to remind my executives that becuase of our eternal Microsoft relationship, we are protected against all Intellectual Property issues. I told my MCSE's the other day that Windows Vista is proof positive that Microsoft continues to innovate at light speed. The new Start button functionaltiy alone is worth the millions in licensing dollars I have spent.

Novell is finished. Their attempt to buy mindshare by buying a loser company like Suse just proves what my rep always says: "Novell should just burn out or fade away".
