Ah but, you say, consider the source. Some obviously biased service provider who makes his profit regardless of OS and has no particular stake in the outcome. If you're about to tell me that Armonk maneuvers the service arm to slant results, I'll tell you you're refering to a far more coherent organization than the one I have seen and read about.
