whats a shame
"Under the terms of the settlement, California residents have until March 2004 to file any claims, at which point two-thirds of any leftover amount from the $1.1 billion settlement will be awarded to California schools."

the fine should of been set and paid in full regardless of who got money and this case would of never made it to court, ms knows they will only pay two thirds the settlement in burnt cd's for schools (those cd's are valued at ms sowtware prices) not 10 cents a piece
