Robertson's statement of fact
Robertson said in the statement. "Microsoft's claim that
digital signatures are valid when used to sell their
software--but not when it costs them money--is pure
hypocrisy."

Microsoft hypocritical? Surely never? What about this
comment http://www.macworld.co.uk/news/
top_news_item.cfm?NewsID=7643:

"General manager of Microsoft's Windows digital media
division David Fester has suggested that iTunes' emerging
dominance would be bad for consumers, because it would
limit them to the iPod."

iPod dominance bad for consumers, but presumably
Windows dominance still good for consumers. MS is the
king of hypocrisy.

Robertson continues

"Their true intentions are not to remedy their abusive
pricing policies but simply to escape financial redress to
Californians."

Surely with the DoJ let-off after the trial no one believed MS
was ever going to change their practices did they? Lets see
if the EU will make a difference.
