My only problem with this ruling
If the judge in this case says that legal paperwork can only be filed in person, then it sets a precedence for other types of on-line lawsuit filing/registering which are now quite common.

While both Lindows and Windows are not behaving nicely at all, imposing this sort of restriction just about guarantees that many potential litigants will be excluded from the suit and so lose their chance to file.
