how about the free PC?
[Neither Lindows nor Microsoft could be immediately reached for comment on the ruling. However, a message posted on the Lindows site said consumers who have already processed their claims through MSfreePC would be permitted to keep any the software that they had received.]

The software is not attractive since you should be able to get that software for free anyway, because is GPLed.

But how about the hardware, are they going to honor 10,000 free PCs?

That's the only beef in the deal since the software is quite shabby, and on top of it should be available for free!
