Ho, ho, ho, what a X - mess. This guy has worked for M$ for 6 years now, and that "old" clause he signed keeps him from finding any new jobs in his field? What a crock!

THis reminds me of the GM product guy that went to VW. He took some of his work with him and GM sued. I believe that VW had to pay . . .
