Protectionism BAD Greed GOOD
Well I'm glad you can compete with the creeps at the top by using their tactics of selling us all down the river. You claim not one person has an answer, but I don't really see your plan for the future. I think what you misunderstand is that though your companies short term solution to getting their software out the door works well today, we have to look at what kind of future our leaders and corporate culture is setting us up for.
I have ancestors who gave their lives fighting for a better future for their children and grand children. All your rhetoric is not going to change that. But if you want to lie down and take it, be my guest.
I agree that we cannot blindly ignore the inevitability of the world economy but we need to come up with plans that preserve the stability of the US work force. A plan that eases into the realities of the future not one that blindly hands short term profits to the first greedy bastard that would sell his mom's body parts to science.
