Biggest single savings... outsource CEOs
Most American companies are not getting any value for the dollars spent on puffed up CEOs. Look at the cost compared to many foreign (and increasingly successful) firms and you will see that the ratio of CEO pay to worker pay is multiples more in the US with much less ROI. If companies want to see a better return start outsourcing at the top.
