What is best for everyone aside from RICH American CEOs
Is for Indian IT workers to form Indian IT firms in India.

American businesses and consumers will get lower priced software.

Indian talent will go toward making Indian entrepeneurs rich and keeping the money in India versus making rich foriegners richer.

American politicians can dodge the outsourcing issue. Note to all American politicians up for re-election: don't think for a moment that this is not a campaign issue. American voters remember who put them out of work and who did nothing to stop it.

With American firms outsourcing jobs to pay foriegn wages and charging American prices the only people who benefit are the already rich Americans who run these companies.
