Offshoring is only one side of the coin
The other side is the so-called new ?guest program? , that is just an uncapped H1-B in disguise.
Not only low paying jobs will be going to the illegal immigrants, but good paying IT jobs will be going too, thanks to the ?willing employers? eager to cash in.
I can?t see any reason why any high tech corporation like SUN, Dell, Oracle or HP would not become the ?matching employer?, hiring Indians for minimum wage in the USA this time.
If you thought that the ?guest program? was only for unskilled labor, think again!
There is nothing in place to prevent the current 65,000 limit on H1-B to become 12 million.
It?s time to smell the coffee folks, Mr. Bush has another cut for you, but this time it's not a tax cut. happy
