An honest suggestion

If SCO wins the case, the biggest losers are not IBM, Novell, instead, they are the Linux customers.

SCO has to go to court to win a court case. So far, they have avoided court altogether and just sent out threat mail and posted press statements. So, the chances of them winning a case with hot air alone seems unlikely.

IBM, Novell have their own businesses and just make money from Linux. Linux users are losing big cos they've chosen the wrong platform.

I have never heard a single worry from the Linux community over this case. It appears to be more of an annoyance AND a way of the open source community of winning legal backing behind the GPL. Lets look at it this way: if SCO loses the case the GPL becomes legally tested and open source will only become adopted more.

So my dear friends, pls keep away from Linux, an OS designed by the mobs who hate Microsoft and daydreaming to challenge Microsoft's dominance.
If you love the beauty of Unix and need to curtail the IT cost, turn to FreeBSD or stick with your Sun box.

Actually linux was developed as an alternative to Unix, not Windows.

Linux is an operative system. Windows is an operating system AND windowing system combined. Linux is best compared to DOS. There are windowing systems that run on top of Linux like Gnome and KDE but thier development is seperate from Linux.
