Biased and Unscientific - hmm sounds like M$ marketing claims....
If your firm is 100% IIS and you never will look at Apache, then how do you know what Apache is good for?

I hate having to share the bandwidth highway with all of those web servers that are still using IIS.

Face it - Apache / Linux / Unix is cleaner and more efficient at delivering Web content.

I guess there will always be people who are comfortable with all MS in there shop. But theres always gonna be more than one team in town, and more than one way to skin a cat!!! MS and .NET may be good for some things. Just like, Unix, Linux, and Apache are good for somethings.

Probably the worst thing any firm can do is lock in on one brand or product, and refuse to work with others. Does Microsoft pay your utility bills and rent? Probably not, your customers do though, and Customer Service is the name of the game. You have to do what your customer wants, and within their budget.

Guess what - if you save the customer money on one project, there probably gonna turn around and spend the extra money on something else with your company.

If one of your larger customers wants to utilize Linux/Unix and Apache, then what are you gonna do? I bet you will install and support and Apache Server. Never say Never......
