Not what is getting reported....
From using Port80's website check tool -

and using an extremely unscientific method (looking at railroad, other common carrier, pharmaceutical, bank and insurance sites - from names I can recognize) I saw a pretty equal mix of Netscape and MS IIS. One one or two reports of Apache.

As is true to form, PeopleSoft is very confused as to what it is doing (msxml3.dll error '80072f78'
The server returned an invalid or unrecognized response - /includes/ToolLib_ServerScan.asp, line 1) - however with a .asp extension - my vote goes to an IIS server of some flavor....

I also found it interesting that both FedEx and UPS use Netscape.

And while Amazon indeed shows Apache - BarnesandNobel is IIS 5.0....

Gosh - I got to wonder about your assertion?
