infantile comments....
Anyone who 'broad-strokes' an idiotic opinion like that should be banned/blocked.
I'm no MS fan, nor am I a MS hater.
I can assure you that ALL companies buy /borrow /steal ideas.
Would you enjoy it if someone decided that they wanted your mother, so they came and offered her a couple of million dollars to ditch her family and disassociate with you?
Same thing. MS invested a lot of time and money into this guy and shared a lot of ideas with him.
You MS haters make stoopid comments like, "MS has never had an original idea" or "They steal everything they have".
If that were true, then by that rationale, the Lee guy coupldn't have possibly come up with an idea the whole time he was at MS. If that were true, then why on earth would Google pay him huge amounts of money to leave MS and work for them?
Your logic is flawed to the bone. All companies come up with great ideas. All companies also want to 'aquire' other companies great ideas. Why re-invent the wheel. The problem comes in when a company literally pays to steal an idea while it is still a secret and would have given the company that developed the idea a competitive advantage.

Final thought: I'll bet if the shoe was on the other foot and MS had stolen Lee from Google, you'd be screaming bloody murder, not applauding the craftiness of their actions like you are with Google.

I really wish people who have lots of opinions but no intellect would just keep their posts to themselves....
