Don't get me wrong
There are legitimate reasons for a company to sue competitors and others; it's just that SCO hasn't shown any as far as the public has any reason to believe, and if Judge Kimball (who's in charge of both the IBM and Novell cases) is to be believed, not much in private either.

All available evidence suggests that SCO is gaming the system in an effort to intimidate Linux users and developers and to buy as much time as possible to recover their commercial UNIX business. If such is the case, the the book needs to be thrown at those responsible as hard as the law allows.
