- Actually, last I checked
- Ths was some years ago when there was a possibility of us becoming an Oracle shop, but when I looked into their licensing it was a formula that included the number of CPUs x Clock Speed as part of the equation. So 4 CPUs at 1 GHz would be very similar to 1 CPU at 4 GHz. There was more to it that I don't recall anymore, but it wasn't solely based on CPU count.
