Of course it does not work...
It is Java. Java does not work. My rep and I have long held to the opinion that Microsoft based smartphones are the only devices worth buying. When I go to my cell phone provider, I laugh at their Nokia selection and immediately start pouring into the MS based phones. My rep and I have some serious infrastructure going: He IM's me on MSN IM to call him on his Smartphone. When I call him on the Smartphone he then sends me an email from his Exchange server to my Exchange server, hitting my ISA Servers on the front-end. It is an all Microsoft transaction. When we meet for lunch today we will swap our calendars with our Pocket PC's. Java is NOWHERE here and that is where it belongs. The only java I use is at the local Starbucks with my rep.
