Security, IP issues anyone?
Everyone from avantgo to warez will be releasing this garbage.
M$ will, no doubt, be taking advantage of the xml language and their new file system on this one. The xml langauage will be all but abandoned once MSXML has been launched.
The file system change is not so you can find your files easily but so THEY can find them seamlessly (along with Mr. Hacker) in an effort to implement DRM.
